Creative Grids 60º Diamond Ruler by Krista Moser
Give your Christmas decor the wow factor with these oversized poinsettia blooms. The asymmetrical design gives a contemporary nod while the depth and richness of color brings an elegance to any space. This quilt is constructed using a variety of shapes and sizes all cut using the original Creative Grids 60º Diamond Ruler. The piecing starts out smaller in the middle and “blooms” out bigger with each row of petals. There is no fussy piecing or Y seams involved!
The optional quilt kit includes a gorgeous combination of fabrics from Moda, including V and Co. Ombre, Grunge, Spotted, and Thatched. *Cutting diagrams included!
NEW Quilt Kits now available to preorder!! Already have the Crimson Christmas pattern? No problem! Kits are available with or without the pattern. The Crimson Christmas pattern is also sold separately.

All of the above, plus a gorgeous background fabric that makes the blooms pop!
Optional 108" Backing Fabric Add-on:
When buying a kit I honestly do expect to be able to easily identify which fabric is which and where they should be placed to get similar shading as the picture. Cutting instructions were confusing and there is little extra fabric to correct any miss-step so be careful. It is not a pattern for beginners but if you read carefully it’s do-able. The ruler is crucial and nice. Also the instructions under #33 do NOT explain to place the black triangles on two of the green sections so that they are on the small triangle end - if you want the completed sections to point in the same direction as the photo cover. It would be much easier if there was a blank coloring page that could be numbered to get the shades where you want them.
Needless to say, this is a 2025 project but I’ve gone through all the fabric and it’s stunning…even my husband commented on how beautiful the colors are! Can’t wait to start this masterpiece, I hope I can do it justice. Thank you for prompt device and attention to detail.
This will be beautiful. The owner even gave me an alternate color choice. Love this shop.
