Crimson Christmas by Krista Moser + Quilt Kit 2.0 [Updated]

I am very disappointed in my interaction with your company.
First, because my kit was held up because you ran out of the fabrics needed while my friend’s kit arrived within a week with beautiful fabric/ batiks just like your pattern shows after ordering it after I did.
Second, I waited for another week and at some point communicated with you my frustration because my friend and I were going to work on these together and she was getting anxious to start. So you sent me most all of the fabrics minus one strip which you sent a few days later. The problem is my fabrics are not the same as hers or what you represent on the pattern picture. While hers and your pattern picture have many batiks and are both in the same colors, mine has 7 grunge fabrics (I’m not a fan of grunge) no batiks are instead of “mauve” I have peach, pink and fuchsia. Not very Christmasy and not at all what I was expecting. I feel you just sent me whatever you had because I was complaining. But ok, I’ll try it and see how it looks. So I pieced it all and put it on my design wall and stood back to look. ☹️It gives a summer vibe, not a Christmas feel. I’ve had others say the same thing about it so I know it’s not just me. So knowing I will never be happy with it I am ripping out the so called “mauve” flower and trying to find 11other fabrics that match your pattern color which is proving very difficult. So while my friend’s is done, mine is in pieces and may never be.

The kit is great and the detail added outstanding. I did not give five stars as one of the fabrics in the quilt was of lesser quality. I have chosen to replace it with another fabric piece from my stash...

Fabrics were packaged very nicely. Each piece is labelled and coordinated to perfection. Satisfied and would recommend kit to others.

This kit is a beautiful collection of fabrics! I love the fact that the fabrics are also all labeled and include cutting instructions and corrections. I’m looking forward to the quilt along for this project that I found while visiting your site. Thank you for the extra effort!
